ORDERING
To place an order, simply use our easy on-line shopping cart and checkout forms.
Once we receive your order, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
We also accept fax and phone orders. Please call us at 914.736.3938 or send a fax to 914.470.0830.
We currently do not offer a Wholesale Program.
PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard securely on this web site. For check or Money Order purchases, please contact us for instructions. If paying by check, your order will not be shipped until your check has been received and cleared.
SALES TAX
All shipments made to a New York State address will be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to the 50 United States. We regret that we are unable to ship to other areas at this time.
Normal, in-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Regular shipments are generally made via USPS Priority Mail and are subject to their on-time delivery guarantees. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-5 business days, depending upon your location. Express Mail Service can also be arranged at the time of purchase for additional fees. We are unable to provide overnight shipments at this time. Please contact us to place your order for expedited shipments.
If you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO boxes or addresses. In order to prevent delays and extra charges, please ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate.
BACK ORDERS
We work hard to make sure that we have a full inventory of products. If for some reason an item that you order is not in stock, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to request instructions.
Credit cards are not charged for backordered items until they have shipped.

We are happy to include a free gift card with your order. Please choose this option and note your personal message at checkout.
If you would like the “special treatment,” we will be happy to provide our deluxe gift-wrapping for
an additional $5.00. This includes a deluxe, full-size card with handwritten message, gift-wrap,
colorful tissue and ribbons/bows. Gift-wrap may vary, but we’ll be sure to make your gift look

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & INFORMATION
It is our goal to provide our customers with unique and fresh products. To accomplish this, many of our items are handcrafted. Some products are made in small batches and natural variations, although minor, may exist. For example, there may be slight color or appearance variations that do not in any way constitute a defect or damage.
As with any skincare product, we recommend that you perform a “skin patch” test before using a new bath or body product, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Place a small amount of product on your inner arm. After several minutes, observe the tested area. If there is evidence of irritation, swelling or redness, rinse thoroughly and discontinue use.
For your safety and enjoyment, please read and follow all product use instructions. Be sure to burn all candles on a heat resistant surface and away from anything that can catch fire.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you are completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a credit/refund/replacement, please e-mail Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Number. Please be sure to note the order number and the nature of the problem. We will e-mail shipment instructions to you.
Please note the following important items:
- Only unopened, un-used items in re-saleable condition are accepted for return. All labels and seals must be intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be credited/replaced/refunded.
- Please carefully pack the item, include a copy of the packing slip and return to us via the insured carrier of your choice.
- We will refund or replace the items only upon receipt.
- If a refund is requested, the price of the item, plus the sales tax if applicable, will be credited.
- We are sorry that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This includes the charges incurred as a result of shipping products back to us.
Damaged Shipments
For items damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact Customer Service promptly.
Maintain all original packaging materials intact, as inspection of the package by the carrier
may be required to file a claim.
